
BRAAI SNOEK
Ingredients:
- 1 Chapman's braai snoek
- 5 Chopped peppadews
- 2 tsp fine garlic
- 2 tsp paprika
- Robertsons spice for fish
- 2 tsp chopped coriander
- 3 tbsp butter
Method:
Fill a deep pot or deep-fat fryer with oil and preheat to 190°C.
Whisk the cake flour and baking powder together.
Season the I&J Deep Water Hake Fillets. Dust with the extra cake flour and then dip into the batter.
Gently lower the fillets into the hot oil.
